Carlos is right when he says these folders can be a useful advertising tool. The fact that they are only brought out when things have to be taken out of them is a shame, although they could get some eyeball time during walks if you dont have them stored in something else, but the fact they are there for important business things will make people be sure they can trust in your company as they trust their work to be there for them.

I can say that promotional conference folder is the most common marketing tools. It is widely use in all countries all over the world. Even my company that I am working with also provide this items as our marketing tools. The folder can be printed company’s name, address and even short brief of business that the company run.
