Promotional folders are really effective marketing method. Your colleagues will follow you to see what you have in that colourful folder. I use very nice looking folders. Not flashy but decent looking. Promotion through office folders is effective.

Promotional Conference Folders are Always Kewl and no doubt that the person will be using it for sooo long that 10% of the marketing of the company is done by the conference folders recently i have seen many people coming with the same idea n i think its a huge success and most importantly cost effective thats wat is matters

This would have to be one of my favorite promotional items. No one wants to lose important papers and this would help keep them all in one place. If this person is also a student, its very likely they would use this folder at school as well. Its very versatile.

I agree that these are creative and unique. But how practical are they? How many people want conference folders with huge logos on them? I like the idea, I just think it needs to be developed more.

I was thinking the same thing, actually. Because of the nature of advertising, it would be unfortunate is something you didn’t want associated with your company was because someone put it in one of your folders.

However, I do like this idea more then items that are often used, like, say, pens. It’s overdone, and this seems much more unique and creative.

Most of the comments over here talks about positives but when we are thinking of the positive side we need to also think the negative aspects wherein the information kept in the conference folder can be wrongly utilized and can also be used negatively against themselves!! though its useful for advertising the products and as well making the buyers interested in your quality work

I agree with most of the comments here. Conference folders are currently the in-thing in advertising nowadays, especially if it is packaged with the right design and content, it would bolster the company’s campaign. That would also surely attract the eye of every buyer, I for one, do check conference folders out and if it suits my taste I would try the products out.

I never saw conference folder as something which can be a worthy promotional gift. I do not think, anybody would be interested to know about about other man’s conference folder unless he wants to strike a conversation with you.
