    A good looking conference folder is a must. I can’t stress this enough. Imagine going to a business meeting with a conference folder that is just awful. Who would want to do business with you if your company can’t make even a decent looking conference folder.

Make sure that the folder is attractive and good-looking enough to make the “guests” (your prospective clients) feel welcomed. Again quality is paramount.

    I differ with the above two posts, i would definitely not bother what conference folder the other person is bringing to the conference. I think, i would rate conference folders the least appealing promotional product, of the entire list you have given here in this blog.

    To show you the effectiveness of this item, let me relate a brief story. I attended a marketing meeting ove a year ago and when I sat down, I was surprised to see a very nice folder waiting for me. That folder is now in use on my computer desk. I look at it everyday. Can you tell me that wasn’t an effective tool? I don’t think so. Brand awareness and company identity is really only achieved over a long period of time and what better way to achieve this than by putting your companies name in front of somebody every single day?

    Attending a conference or workshop, one would certainly see this type of promotional item given away for the participants. I am always a recipient of some beautifully designed conference folders. Some are so artistically made that I made it a point to bring some to my office to be displayed. And there are some who are bringing these folders back and then share it to their office mates.

    Again, on this case, quality really matters. Because the folder is now associated with your product or message, so quality must never ever be overlooked. Usually, there is always a clearly targeted audience for this promotional items and so it is easy to customized the item.

    A Conference folder is not something that i have encountered but they seem a good way of advertising and promoting a business. Because folders can be used to put anything in, and the form of advertising, say you go to a meeting and take this folder, then people can see it and be intrigued and check that company out.

In my opinion, it may be humble piece of cardboard and very ordinary, but there are many economical ways to get your message across.     promotional conference folder is good tool for advertising. An acceptable attractive appointment folder is a must. I can’t accent this enough. Imagine activity to a business affair with an appointment binder that is aloof awful. Who would appetite to do business with you if your aggregation can’t accomplish alike an appropriate attractive appointment folder?

    A person like me would much appreciate a Promotional Folder which should be handy, easily carried any where and most importantly needs to have space to place loads of documents which would be a complete business affair and would be awesome

    I’ve received some promotional conference folders myself.. Most are just shiny cardboard with the company ad and one-side holder, although, I’ve received, rarely, those with leather covers. If a company needs to attract clients with the conference holder, they need to make sure that with one use it crumples immediately. Its better to provide good and quality folders to get the clients nod.

    Yes, you need to at least have an attractive logo, and more then the logo is helpful as well, like a simple background. And if you do just want to go with the logo and nothing else, it looks so much better to use a glossy, solid color. Professional, but stylish, that’s the key!
